Dr. Tutty

For Attorneys

Independent evaluations, report review and testimony where brain injury or cognitive change is at issue.

Neuropsychology for Your Case

Dr. Tutty has completed more than 535 neuropsychological evaluations of adults in personal injury litigation, many involving traumatic brain injury.

Attorneys retain him for three things: an independent evaluation of the injured person, a review of another expert's work, or testimony that explains the findings in deposition or at trial. His evaluations are built around a simple structure: how the person functioned before the event, what changed, why symptoms persist, and what treatment is most likely to help.

What colleagues say

“Dr. Tutty has approached each IME in an evidence-based manner, which at the end of the day helps both sides figure out the proximate cause of the neurological deficits and steps to take in the rehab process.”

Mike BPersonal Injury Attorney

“Protecting children has always been his primary mission, and he has never wavered regardless of who or what agency might be on the warpath. I highly recommend him, especially those tough forensic cases.”
